Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Shine From Within website ("we", "us", "Tayri"), its coaching services and its ebooks. By using the website or booking a service, you accept these Terms.

1. Services

We offer 1:1 online coaching sessions and downloadable ebooks in PDF format. Coaching sessions are held via private video call at the scheduled time.

2. Bookings and payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes where required. Installment plans, when offered, are charged automatically on the schedule shown at checkout.

3. Ebooks

Ebooks are delivered as an instant PDF download after payment confirmation. Because they are digital goods delivered immediately, you expressly waive the right of withdrawal and all sales are final.

4. Coaching sessions

Sessions must be scheduled within 6 months of purchase. Rescheduling is possible with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed sessions without notice are considered used.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel unused coaching sessions within 14 days of purchase for a full refund of unused sessions. After 14 days, sessions already delivered are non-refundable. For installment plans, remaining payments continue as scheduled unless mutually agreed otherwise.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website and in our ebooks (text, images, method, materials) is owned by Shine From Within and protected by copyright. You may use it for personal, non-commercial use only. Reselling, redistributing or reproducing the ebooks is prohibited.

7. Not medical advice

Coaching and ebook content are for personal development purposes and do not replace psychological, medical, or legal advice. If you need medical or mental-health support, please consult a licensed professional.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service or ebook giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Shine From Within's place of establishment. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to consumer protection rules.
